Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time during peak periods, such as Christmas. If there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We use a variety of shipping methods depending on your location. Shipping times vary from 1-3 days for Sydney , 2-4 days for Melbourne, Adelaide, 2-5 days for Brisbane and 3-7 days for Perth, FNQ & Hobart
Domestic Shipping Rates
The following postcodes currently include free standard delivery:
A flat rate shipping cost of $15 is applicable for individual deliveries outside of these postcodes.
For orders over 5 gift boxes, with delivery to one address, free standard shipping is applicable.
Local pickup is available on a request basis.
Shipment to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers (based on courier)
We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers at this time. Please ensure you provide a physical street address when you place your order to speed up your processing time.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number.
Multiple Shipping Locations
If you are making a purchase of 2 or more gifts and require these to be sent to different locations please contact the team at firstname.lastname@example.org. For bulk corporate orders a quote will be provided prior to dispatch.
